How it works
How Softripe works
1. Fruit arrival
Fruit enters a sealed ripening chamber designed for controlled conditions.
2. Defined ripening objective
The desired ripening outcome is set based on fruit type and market requirements.
3. Dynamic control
Sensors continuously monitor the process. Temperature, oxygen, carbon dioxide and ethylene are adjusted dynamically.
4. Targeted ripening trigger
Ethylene is applied only when required to initiate ripening.
5. Controlled release
Once the target ripeness is achieved, the fruit is released for distribution.
